内容简介：We will discuss a single genotype stem cell regeneration model with epigenetic transitions and multiple genotype stem cell regeneration models with epigenetic transitions and with/without gene mutations. These models, proposed by Jinzhi Lei, give rise to three classes of nonlinear integro-differential equations. We will consider the existence and uniqueness/multiplicity of positive steady states to these equations, which is determined by the sign of the corresponding matrix-type nonlocal eigenvalue problems. We further discuss the longtime behaviors of solutions to these equations.

报告人简介：楼元，1984-1991年就读于北京大学数学系，1991-1995年就读于明尼苏达大学数学系。他曾在MSRI（1995-96年）和芝加哥大学（1996-98年）做博士后研究，自1998年任教于俄亥俄州立大学数学系，2021年4月任上海交通大学数学科学学院访问教授。研究兴趣是反应扩散方程理论以及在生物学中的应用,目前担任Journal of Differential Equation, Journal of Math Biology,SIAM J. Appl Math等多个国内外期刊的编委以及Discrete Continuous Dynamical Systems-B系列主编，曾任美国数学生物研究所副所长。
